When the Fair Work Commission first approached Pixel3 about creating a series of safety induction videos, their budget was so tight that they thought a basic slideshow-style would be the best they could hope for. Their primary need was simple: clear, consistent messaging across their offices nationwide. But we saw an opportunity to do more, without blowing the budget.
Through careful planning, creative thinking, and efficient production, we delivered a solution that far surpassed their original brief. The result? A suite of eight professionally produced safety induction videos, one for each major city across Australia.
Each video combined live-action footage, motion graphics, and clear voiceover narration to guide new staff and visitors through essential safety procedures. With effective use of animated content, we were able to reflect the unique layout and emergency protocols of each office, making the videos practical, relevant, and easy to follow.
The videos cover key information such as emergency exits, evacuation procedures, first aid points, and contact details, all packaged in a visually polished format designed for clarity and retention.
