A corporate video is any video content used within a corporate setting as part of a strategy to help the communication objectives of a large business. The video can be produced for internal or external purposes. For example, employees, shareholders, and/or customers and can take any form, such as interviews, training material or promotional content even animation.
There are no rules here, it is all dependant on the subject matter and the expectations of your audience. This is an important consideration and one that needs to be decided on and planned for during pre-production. 
Meticulous planning of your video production is critical to its success. The planning phase is known as pre-production.
It's during pre-production that your script, if required, is finalised; this forms the backbone of the entire project. Once the script has been signed off, attention turns to how each element of the script will be visually represented. Importantly, focusing on how you want the viewer to feel at each key moment in your video.
To convey our vision for how this should come together, we prepare a storyboard. It’s a document that represents how the script will be visually depicted, detailing how each image should be composed, how the actor(s) should perform, and how we transition from one image to the next.
Once the storyboard is approved by you, we then proceed to work out all the logistics required for production. Production is where we call action and actually start filming the content to obtain the shots detailed in your storyboard.
Depending on the project, logistics to be addressed could include casting and hiring actors, scouting suitable locations, preparing production briefs and schedules, and briefing the production crew.
