Cohealth is a not-for-profit community health organisation that strives to improve the health and wellbeing for all and lead the way in reducing health inequity in partnership with people and the communities in which they live.
We worked with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander staff at Cohealth to develop an internal corporate video that shares their experiences as indigenous employees in the organisation. This video production was one component of an organisation wide program to build stronger relationships between employees and to help the organisation become more culturally responsive.
Organising the shoot to accommodate everyone’s schedule and accommodating the clients limited budget was the biggest challenge of this project. For this piece we used a single camera and shot it in high quality 4K. This allowed us to punch in to vary the shot and cut between responses more seamlessly. It meant we could present the topics discussed during our interviews more logically.
