This event video production for Reed Fairs is a great example of the value an ongoing relationship with clients can have when developing video projects.
The Melbourne Reed Gift Fairs is a five day event. It is the largest annual, national collection showcasing wholesaling brands and products in Australia. It is so big that it is held across two large venues: the Melbourne Convention & Exhibition Centre and the Melbourne Showgrounds.
This is our third year producing video for this exciting event. A key challenge was to produce a highlight video on the first day of the fair and have it uploaded and ready for day two. Reed used this highlight of the first day to promote the next four days of the fair.
A big part of achieving such a fast turnaround has a lot to do with the relationship we have established with the Reed Fairs' Marketing Dept. We understand their needs based on past videos, so with the foundations already established it's just a matter of attaining the shots we need to complete the project.
