Lifestyle Communities opened in 2003 with a mission to provide luxurious, safe, community-minded homes to the over 50s.
Their operation model is different to retirement villages in that they operate as a land lease community, effectively meaning that tenants purchase a relocatable building and then lease the land upon which the home resides.
The community at Lifestyle Kaduna Park recently invited us to record a promotional video as they opened their brand new ‘Golden Clubhouse’. Featuring a modern kitchen, dining room, lounge, gym, pool, spa, tennis court, bbq areas, pool tables, croquet, lawn bowls and plenty of outdoor seating, the clubhouse has unsurprisingly been a hit with tenants with one resident claiming, “it now feels like resort living”.
The interviews show staff raving about the success of the opening and gave residents the chance to ‘brag’ about their choice to move to a Lifestyle Community. Including client testimonials in promotional videos adds an extra layer of impact. If an existing client already loves your product or service they usually need no encouragement to shout it from the rooftops and potential clients will listen to every word.
Promotional videos play an integral role in the decision-making process of consumers. Really great promotional videos keep the attention of viewers from beginning to end and create positive associations with the business or service featured as a result.
Lifestyle Communities has used the video in their internal and external marketing as well as on their Facebook page and YouTube Channel. This video gives their potential customers an authentic sense of the socially-minded, active, friendly residents at Lifestyle Communities in a way that asks viewers, “can’t you see yourselves living here?”
