The Australian Revenue Management Association (ARMA) aims to upskill industry in the discipline of revenue management. Revenue management is critical to the success of business and founder and CEO, Melissa Kalan, is passionate about education on this topic. Melissa recently sought us out to create a video introducing the company and its purpose as well as record a series of videos for members currently undergoing training with them. This is just one of them.
The success of this training video is in its simple delivery of a complex message. Revenue management is a dense, multilayered topic but Melissa breaks it down succinctly and clearly.
The copy sets a brisk yet unhurried pace by not lingering on any one point. At just over three-minutes long, the video manages to outline topics covered in Module 2 of their training program as well as provide a brief review and further exploration that doesn’t feel overwhelming or rushed.
This training video is a great example of ‘meeting’ the person behind the company to foster a sense of approachability and trust.
