This web video features The Drill crisis management simulator. The Drill is delivered in a workshop environment. Participants log into a computer, initiating a frantic crisis scenario that involves emails, phone calls, news reports and newspaper articles, with each multimedia experience building the intensity and complexity of the crises. A moderator manages the experience and it is up to the participants to develop a strategy to deal with the crisis. How the crisis is resolved is completely dependent on the decisions made by the participants.
Pixel3 Video Productions attended one of these workshops to create a promotional video, demonstrating the depth of engagement the simulator develops. The video had to be short but punchy, like a movie trailer to an action film.
